This is a photograph from a series titled ‘Outsider’ Inspired by the Folk Horror genre of cinema, ‘Outsider’ explores a story of an archaic English town. Depicted through the eyes of an outside visitor, we explore the inherently dark mystery surrounding this town and its inhabitants. The inquisition is met with increasing hostility from the locals, and Romanticist imagery soon takes a darker turn.

This has been printed on Hahnemühle Museum Etching Fine Art Paper with half-inch borders on the shortest side. The paper has a beautifully textured surface that brings out the analogue grain and results in a beautiful print. The photograph has a slightly warmer undertone and isn’t completely black and white. This is a perfect ethereal piece that will sit nicely on anyone’s wall.
